We kick off the 2014 Off Center Festival with a FREE party on the Arts Plaza featuring a special performance by Culture Clash, who will share the Arts Plaza Stage with musical guests Little Willie G. and La Santa Cecilia. Food trucks will be on hand to add to the celebratory spirit of this community event.
