Every person entering the theater needs a ticket, regardless of age.
Some performances offer specially priced rush tickets for full-time students and seniors. Rush information is made available on the day of the performance only. Please call the morning of the performance you wish to attend to verify availability.
Cameras: Photographing or recording the performance is strictly prohibited.
Children: Children are welcome at most Segerstrom Center events, but every patron must have a ticket, regardless of age. As a courtesy to other patrons and the performers, please bear in mind that it is not appropriate for small children to attend symphony, ballet and other performances where silence is a prerequisite for full enjoyment of the artistic experience. Babies in arms are not permitted in all cases.
Doctor and Parent Emergency: Please leave your seating locations with your exchange or sitter and have them call (714) 556-2321 in case of emergency.
Latecomers Policy: As a courtesy to other patrons and to the performers, latecomers and those who exit the theater during the performance will not be admitted into the auditorium until an appropriate interval as determined by the performance management.
Lost and Found: To inquire about personal belongings that may have been left in the theater, call (714) 556-2122 ext. 4340.
Parking: Paid parking is available at the Center Tower Garage, adjacent to the Center on Sunflower Avenue between Avenue of the Arts and Park Center Drive.
Refreshments: Full-service bars are located on Orchestra, Orchestra Terrace, Loge and Balcony levels. The Plaza Cafe, located on the Plaza level, serves light refreshments such as sandwiches, salads and desserts and is open one hour prior to curtain and during intermissions.
Smoking: No smoking (including electronic cigarettes or any other form of ‘vaping’) is permitted inside Center facilities. All such activities must be confined only to designated smoking areas outside the buildings.
